General Terms and Definitions
By using the 44kkk website and mobile platform ("Platform"), you are considered to have accepted these terms and conditions. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 44kkk. The platform provides entertainment-based online gaming and sports betting services.

Account Registration and Eligibility

Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts may not be used by the same person or members of the same household. Attempting to create multiple accounts from the same IP address or device will be treated as fraud.
All information provided at registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. If any provided information changes, the member must promptly notify our support team via live chat. In cases of false information, 44kkk reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time.
Account Security and Usage
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the 44kkk support team immediately. 44kkk is not responsible for unauthorized activity on your account if it results from your own negligence.
Your account is entirely personal. Transferring, selling, or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited. Placing bets on behalf of others or playing games using another person's funds is also not permitted.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
The minimum deposit amount on the 44kkk platform is ৳500. This minimum applies to all payment methods. 44kkk currently supports the following payment methods:

The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts will not be accepted, and funds will be returned in such cases.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes of receipt. However, processing may take longer due to KYC verification, investigation of unusual transactions, or technical issues.
Withdrawal prerequisites:
- Account verification must be completed.
- The deposited amount must be wagered at least once.
- If an active bonus is present, the wagering requirement must be met.
- The withdrawal channel must match the deposit channel.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will credit an additional ৳5,000 as a bonus. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).
This means the total amount wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn must equal ten times the bonus amount. For a ৳5,000 bonus, a total of ৳50,000 in bets must be completed.
44kkk VIP members enjoy weekly cashback benefits. There are four tiers:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the member's overall activity and loyalty to the platform. Cashback is credited to the account every Monday (BST).
- A bonus may only be used once per account.
- Bonuses are not transferable to other accounts.
- Claiming a bonus through fraudulent means will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account being closed.
- 44kkk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- The validity period of a bonus will be stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.
Betting and Gaming Rules
Once a bet is placed on the 44kkk platform, it is considered final. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error on the platform is proven. If an internet connection is lost, the outcome of an ongoing game will be determined based on server-side records.
Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bets can be placed on international and domestic tournaments including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events. If any match is cancelled, suspended, or incomplete, the decision of 44kkk will be considered final.
The outcomes of live casino games and slot games are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG). All games are operated through third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. If any error is observed in a game's outcome, the decision will be made based on the game provider's logs.
Prohibited Activities and Fraud Policy
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Using fraudulent payment information.
- Attempting to hack the platform's software.
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.
